First, register for free. Then create a request for the product you want. Travelers going to Cyprus will send you offers, and you can choose the best offer to get your product delivered.

Registration on SkyKite is completely free. We have a subscription system for using the platform. Visit our subscription page for details. No commission fees are charged.

You can make subscription payments via bank transfer. After making your payment to our subscription IBAN, upload your receipt to the system. Your subscription will be activated after admin approval.

Delivery is arranged between the traveler and the buyer. Cargo shipping or in-person delivery options are available. You can determine delivery details by messaging with the traveler.

Payments are made directly between buyer and traveler; SkyKite does not intermediate payments. The platform keeps IP address and device information records for every transaction; these records can be used in legal processes if a dispute arises. Additionally, you can open a dispute using the "Report Problem" button and receive an admin review within 48 hours.

For travelers entering Turkey from Northern Cyprus, the 2026 current customs regulations are: Products up to 430 euros per person are exempt from customs duty. Customs declaration is mandatory for products exceeding this limit. Special limits apply for alcohol: maximum 1 liter of high-alcohol spirits and 2 liters of low-alcohol beverages per person. Customs tax rates vary between 20% and 40% depending on the product type. SkyKite informs all users about current customs regulations and mandates compliance with legal limits.

The amount of products you can bring as a traveler is limited by the baggage capacity you specify in your flight plan. You can transport products within your airline's allowable baggage allowance (typically 20-30 kg checked + 8 kg carry-on for economy class). You must also comply with the 430 euro per person customs value limit. SkyKite allows travelers to specify weight and item limits when creating a flight plan, so both travelers and buyers know the clear boundaries.

SkyKite has a three-step dispute resolution mechanism: (1) Parties first try to resolve the issue through in-platform messaging. (2) If no agreement is reached, the buyer or traveler opens a dispute record using the "Report Problem" button. (3) SkyKite administrators review message history, product information, and transaction records (IP, device info), making a decision within 48 hours. The decision can be a refund or release of payment to the traveler. During the dispute process, parties' transactions are suspended and all records are kept for legal processes.

SkyKite operates as an e-commerce platform in compliance with applicable legislation. Our user agreements comply with the Turkish Code of Obligations and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Personal data is protected under data protection regulations. All transactions on our platform are recorded and retained for submission to legal authorities when required. SkyKite mandates that all users operate within legal limits and does not permit any illegal product transportation.
